The Nitty Gritty

Call me at (915) 820-1628 to arrange for your Juarez Walking Culture and History Tour.

I’ll meet you at the Paso del Norte Port of Entry, at the south end of South El Paso Street. Attended parking is available on South Santa Fe Street. The parking costs $4, and the pedestrian bridge is across the street near a big light blue sculpture called Aguacero (Cloudburst). If you’re staying in downtown El Paso, I’m happy to meet you at your hotel and we can walk from there.

For U.S. citizens, a passport is not required, but it does get you in a preferred lane on the walk back through Customs. Foreigners who entered the United States by plane or boat probably have an ESTA that’s good for multiple re-entry, but these are dynamic times, so let’s not take anything for granted.

The Juarez Walking Culture and History Tour costs $50 for the first three people, and $20 per person for each additional person. The tour lasts anywhere from 2 to four hours, depending on your endurance and how much fun we’re having. So let’s call it three hours.
